Computer Support and Remote Help in Troy, MT

Friendly, Local Support

Not every computer problem means bringing your computer into the shop. All Systems Go (ASG Computer) in Troy offers remote support. One of our technicians can connect to your computer, diagnose the problem, and often fix it in real time while you watch from home. When remote help isn’t enough, we offer onsite service and full repair in our shop on Hwy 2.

Since 2013, Greg and Lori Goodman have provided friendly, local support to home users and small businesses across Lincoln County. You’re not calling an overseas help line. You’re calling your neighbors in Troy.

What’s Included

  • Remote support sessions. Using AeroAdmin, our secure remote access tool, a technician connects to your computer to troubleshoot and repair issues in real time. Please contact us before connecting so we can schedule your session.
  • No unattended access, ever. We never use unattended access. You have to let us in every time, and you stay in control of the session the whole time, seeing everything we do.
  • Help with everyday problems. Remote and onsite support can cover email setup and troubleshooting, software installation, virus protection and cleanup, wireless network and Wi-Fi issues, and system setup and maintenance.
  • Onsite diagnosis and repair. For hardware or network problems, we can come to your home or business. Onsite service is available for a fee.
  • Shop repair, data transfer, and data recovery. When a problem needs hands-on work, including recovering data from a hard drive, flash drive, or SD card, bring it to us. Diagnosis is free when you bring it in, and in most cases we can do it the same day.
  • Ongoing support plans for managed IT. Want someone keeping an eye on your systems all the time, not just when something breaks? We offer ongoing support plans for managed IT. Call us to talk about what fits.

Who It’s For

Remote support is a big help in a place like Lincoln County, where a trip to town can take a good part of the day. Folks in Libby, the Yaak, Bull Lake, and the backroads around Troy can often get help without loading the computer into the truck. Small businesses get back to work faster, and anyone who isn’t comfortable with tech has a patient, local person to walk them through it.

How It Works

  • Contact us first. Please call before connecting so we can schedule your support session.
  • Download AeroAdmin. Use the download button on this page to get AeroAdmin, our secure remote access tool.
  • Connect with a technician. We’ll walk you through starting the session. Once connected, we diagnose and fix the problem while you watch.
  • End the session anytime. You’re in control from start to finish, and we can’t reconnect later unless you let us in again.

Have handy: a description of the problem, any error messages, and the computer you need help with, turned on and connected to the internet.
